Description of the Jelq Exercise
The jelqing exercise is a very effective exercise, as the penis is gaining in both scope and in length. It is suitable for both circumcised and uncircumcised men.
This exercise should be for the penis in a semi-erect, not limp, but not really stiff. This may at first be difficult to accomplish anything, but after a few days of training, you should have found a way to achieve this state. You should not exercise while the cock is at full erection! Because the pressure is built up, otherwise this may be dangerous!
Later, when you have more experience with the exercises and know what you may use “abverlangen” your penis, the exercise is carried out with an erection.
There are 2 different ways to do Jelger exercise: Dry and Wet Jelqing. When do Wet Jelq, a lubricant is used – petroleum jelly is recommended for this much. Baby oil, body lotion, lube from sex shop to go too. Body Lotion does, however, very quickly into the skin, therefore, is not the suitable as well. Similarly, one should avoid soap or soap-containing products, as they may irritate the skin. The Wet Jelqing is preferred by most because it is much more pleasant and easier. Implementation of the Jelq Exercise
Shape it with the finger tips of the thumb and index finger an OK sign, so that they form a circle.
